Light Weight High Strength Anti-Skid Aluminum Honeycomb Sandwich Panels for Floor
Antiskid Honeycomb Panelis an aluminium honeycomb core bonded with two aluminium skins. The upper face (recommeded thickness from 2mm) can be chosen among different antiskid/ anti-slip coatings (almond pattern, rice corn pattern, etc.). As this panels is often used as flooring, where superior mechanical properties are required, the preferred thickness of the aluminium foil is 70 microns (high density), bringing the total thickness of the panel up to 20mm.

When fitting diamond plate in sheets or angles, care should be taken to select the right materials for fixing. Zinc-plated screws can be used, but aluminum rivets or other fixings may contribute to corrosion due to the differing electrolytic properties of the metals.
