The stainless steel Aluminum honeycomb panel is typically made of 5 layers: stainless steel skin, adhesive, honeycomb core, adhesive and back stainless steel or mill finish Aluminum skin. Other materials with high tensile and compression strength are also suited to being skins,such as coating aluminum, galvanized steel,anodized Aluminum, Titanium zinc alloy, copper, fiberglass etc.. Adhesive varies widely by application: high strength, high temperature, low temperature etc. Honeycomb Core: a variety of honeycomb cores are available per design requirements for materials and cell sizes
